Activities:

Documentation Development:

• Assist in creating or refining policies, procedures, and related forms.

• Guide document control and record-keeping practices in line with the standard.

Training & Awareness:

• Conduct awareness training on the standard and implementation practices.

• Train staff on how to meet specific standard requirements.

System Improvement:

• Support implementation of system improvements.

• Provide guidance on correcting identified nonconformities.

4. Internal Audit

Objective: Verify compliance and system readiness before the official audit.
Activities:

• Develop a detailed internal audit plan.

6. Certification Registration

Objective: Support the client in registering for the official certification audit.
Activities:

• Help select a reputable certification body suitable for the client’s industry.

• Register for the formal audit with the chosen certification body.

• Align the audit schedule with the client’s availability.

• Coordinate with the audit team in preparation for the assessment.

7. Support During Certification Audit

Objective: Ensure a smooth and successful certification audit.
Activities:

• Provide onsite support during the audit process.

8. Certification Completion
